| What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary from client to client. Revisions, incomplete forms, lack of timely communication and return of content needed can prolong the estimated turnaround times on the Services Page. 

| What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature our services, we do not refund under any circumstance.

If you would like to cancel your project please refer to your signed contract and send us a termination email. 

All digital files are non-refundable.

| How do we communicate?

Our primary source of communication is email. This is the best way to keep records of all communication and how you will receive drafts and files.

| What times do you work?

We work Tuesday - Friday - 9am to 6pm EST

We do not work weekends or holidays.

Please allow 1 business day for a response to your emails.

| What if I need to cancel my service?

We cannot refund you for any work that has already been started. 


Expiration Of Services

If necessary content and documentation are not provided to Her Timeless Brand within 15 days (including holidays + weekends) of purchase, or we lose communication with you for 15 days, 1 attempt will be made to reach you. 

If attempts are failed, the project will be subject to cancellation, and a refund, partial or in full, will not be issued. Please communicate with us if you would like to put a hold on your account & we will work something out.

Transfer of Rights

All rights are transferred to the client after we have sent you all official files. 

All right remain with Her Timeless Brand prior to this point. 

Her Timeless Brand has the right to use content we have created for promotional purposes & to add to our portfolio. 

Refunds + Returns
All sales are final. Buyers remorse is not our responsibility.
