The investment for this Brand Refine Day is $1500 or 2 payments of $750. You can pay in full or use our (50/50) payment plan.

50% / $750 is due to secure your Brand Refine Day & 50% / $750 is due the day before your Brand Refine Day.

FULL BRAND REFINE DAY: 
This service includes a design strategy call & 10 pieces of designs. In your intake form, you will be able to view our wide variety of social media & printable collateral that you will be able to choose from in your proposal once your application is approved. If what you need is not on that list, please leave a note at the end of your application or send us an email at admin@hertimelessbrand.com

Your deliverables are sent over via your Google Drive folder within 24 hours of your Brand Refine Day.

THE PROCESS.

BEFORE REFINEMENT.

Before your Brand Refine Day, we’ll aim to learn as much about you and your project as we can. We’ll have you complete a custom intake form(s) to help us captivate all the information we need for your Brand Refine Day.  Your Brand Refine Day will not start until your intake form(s) have been completed & reviewed. Failure to complete this will result in a rescheduled Brand Refine Day & an intake late fee. 

BRAND REFINE DAY.

When your Brand Refine Day arrives, we’ll dive right into your project with a strategy call at 9am est. We do not need you on the call with us all day, but, throughout the day, we’ll give you updates & ask for your feedback. It’s a fun and highly collaborative process! Within 24-48 hours, we will send you a Google Drive folder which will hold all your files, offboarding documents & any recordings of calls we have.

AFTER REFINEMENT.

After your Brand Refine Day, you will have 7 days of email support to help you understand all the material you have been delivered, answer any questions you may have or help you schedule more time. Half Day Refine Days will be available for previous clients ONLY. 
Please note; revisions after your files have been sent/project approved are subject to a revisions fee. 
Do I need to be on the call all day?

NO! WE WILL GET ON A CALL FROM 9 AM EST UNTIL ABOUT 10 AM EST & I WILL LET YOU GO SO I CAN DO MY THING! I JUST NEED YOU ON STANDBY FOR QUICK RESPONSES FOR CONCEPTS & FEEDBACK. THE FASTER YOU CAN PROVIDE FEEDBACK, THE MORE WE’LL BE ABLE TO GET DONE FOR YOU. IF YOUR RESPONSES ARE DELAYED THIS MAY CAUSE AN INTERRUPTION IN THE SERVICE. KEEP IN MIND A BRAND REFINE DAY IS ONLY FOR 1 DAY. 

do you offer installment plans?
YES, WE DO. 50% DUE AT CONTRACT SIGNING & 50% DUE A DAY BEFORE YOUR BRAND REFINE DAY. 

do you offer ala carte services?

WE DO NOT OFFER ALA CARTE SERVICES AT THIS TIME. YOU CAN BOOK A BRAND REFINE DAY FOR A HALF DAY OR FULL DAY TO PUNCH OUR A LIST OF TASKS YOU MAY HAVE HOWEVER, WE DO NOT DO ONE OFF SERVICES LIKE ONE FLYER, OR A SET OF TEMPLATES. 

What if I need revisions after my Brand Refine Day?

IF YOU NEED FURTHER DESIGN CHANGES OR ADDITIONS, YOU’LL NEED TO BOOK ANOTHER HALF OR FULL DAY WITH ME. ANY REVISIONS MUST BE MENTIONED BEFORE FILES ARE SENT OVER TO YOU. 
Does this service have add-ons? 
NO, VIP DAYS ARE DEDICATED TO THE SPECIFIC TASKS MENTIONED IN EACH BRAND REFINE OPTION. IF YOU DO NEED ADDITIONAL ITEMS, YOU CAN BOOK A HALF BRAND DEFINE DAY OR FULL PICK 15 BRAND REFINE DAY DEPENDING ON WHAT ALL YOU NEED TO BE COMPLETED.
